Other Programs

We at Christ United Methodist Church seek to reach and welcome all children because children are an important part of God’s family. We offer a variety of experiences to nurture the spiritual growth of children and their families.

Worship Enrichment is one of two special learning opportunities children have each year. Worship enrichment is offered to 1^st and 2^nd graders, along with a parent or other adult, for five Sunday mornings in the winter. Children attend part of the worship service each week and then go back to class and learn what it all means.

Communion Enrichment is a study for 3^rd and 4^th graders for one month each spring. They learn about the communion elements and the meaning of the sacrament. The conclusion is a special communion service for the children and their families.
