Individual Caregiving

Our Minister of Congregational Care, Rev. Cindy Schneider, is ready to serve you when in need but we also have a unique ministry that expands this care for our congregation.

In Stephen Ministry congregations, lay caregivers (called Stephen Ministers) provide one-on-one Christian care to those facing life's challenges and changes. "Christ Caring for People Through People."

Christ Church has commissioned Stephen Ministers prepared to work with members of our congregation who are in need of a willing listener and helping hand. As people encounter new challenges in their lives, a skilled support person is often needed to have regular contact and to walk alongside. If you, or someone you know, would benefit from this kind of Christian caregiving, please speak with clergy or other members of the church staff. All inquiries are kept in strict confidence.
