As
the Director of Financial Operations Jim wears many hats. He holds, among
other offices, those of; Controller, Cash Manager, Bookkeeper,
Accounts Payable Dept., Payroll & Employee Benefits Depts. and
Endowment Fund Administrator.
Although all of these functions fall into the category of
"overhead," as opposed to "production," Jim's
overriding goal is to contribute to the successful conduct of the many
ministries of the church by efficiently and effectively managing
church finances and providing prompt and accurate information for
short and long term decision making.
